MUSCLE OTC ("we," "us," or "our") operates muscleotc.com. If you contact customer care, we keep a record of your message so we can help you.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Your payment card details are entered directly into Stripe's secure checkout and are never stored on our servers. We receive only the confirmation of payment, the order amount, and the last four digits of the card if needed for support.
Like most websites, we also collect standard technical information automatically, such as your browser type, device type, and the pages you visit, to keep the site running and understand how it is used.
How we use information
We use the information we collect to:
- Process, fulfill, ship, and track your orders, and handle returns and refunds
- Manage subscriptions, including renewals and cancellations

Subscription information
If you choose a subscription, we store the subscription record — the product, quantity, status, and next renewal date — along with the Stripe customer reference used for billing. You can view and manage your subscription from your account or by contacting us.

We keep order and account information for as long as needed to provide our services, comply with tax and accounting obligations, and resolve disputes. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by messaging us through our contact page. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the one-click unsubscribe link in any email. Account deletion does not remove records we are required to keep for tax, accounting, or legal purposes.

MUSCLE OTC is intended for healthy adults 18 years and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. Purchases require an account held by an adult.
