Agreement and eligibility

These terms govern your use of muscleotc.com and any purchase you make through it. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms and confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase products.

Products

MUSCLE OTC products are dietary supplements. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Content on this website — including product descriptions, educational material, and the science section — is provided for general information only and is not medical advice. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any supplement routine, particularly if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or managing a medical condition. Products are intended for healthy adults 18 and older.

Orders, pricing, and payment

All prices are shown and charged in U.S. dollars. At launch, we ship within the United States only. Prices, product availability, and descriptions are subject to change at any time. We may limit quantities or refuse or cancel an order if, for example, a price or availability error occurs, or we suspect the order is fraudulent. If we cancel a paid order, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

Payment is processed securely by Stripe at checkout. Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase; the purchase is accepted when we confirm the order.

Promotions and launch pricing

From time to time we may offer promotional pricing, launch discounts, or other offers. Promotional terms are stated where the promotion appears, cannot be combined unless expressly stated, and may be modified or ended at any time.

Subscriptions

If you purchase a subscription, your subscription renews automatically each month at the price shown at checkout, and your payment method is charged at each renewal. You may cancel, pause, or skip at any time before the next renewal is processed through your account or through our contact page. If the subscription price changes, we will notify you before the renewal that reflects the change.

Accounts

When you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Intellectual property

The MUSCLE OTC name, the LEUVATE® name, our logos, product names, and all site content — text, graphics, imagery, and design — are owned by MUSCLE OTC and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission, except for your own personal, non-commercial use of the site.

Prohibited uses

You agree not to misuse the site, including by interfering with its operation, attempting to access data or accounts that are not yours, scraping content at scale, or using the site to violate any law or the rights of others.

Reviews and user content

If you submit a review, photo, or other content, you grant MUSCLE OTC a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display it on our website and marketing channels in connection with our products. Do not submit content that is unlawful, infringing, or misleading. We may moderate or remove user content.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site and products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, except as required by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MUSCLE OTC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or the products. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which MUSCLE OTC operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of that state, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
